- POC for all the customers.
- Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Ensure tickets are closed within SLAs and escalate when needed.
- Build long-lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer experiences.
Skills Required
- Experience: Must have worked in a client-facing role for a software/IT company.
- Languages : Fluency in Hindi & English :
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal & written communication, active listening, empathy, and patience.
- Customer Handling : Ability to manage difficult conversations, conflict resolution, and relationship building.
- Problem Solving : Analytical thinking, troubleshooting mindset, and quick decision-making under pressure.
- Domain Knowledge (Good to Have) : Exposure to logistics, transport tech, or SaaS platforms
