Customer Support Executive - KYC Process (L&T; Process)
Location : Bhairav milestone, 4th floor, Imperative business ventures ltd, Thane Wagle Estate road 16. Working Days : Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working) Salary : ₹13,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer KYC verification for the L&T; process
- Verify customer documents and information accurately
- Provide basic customer support related to KYC requirements
- Maintain records and update customer details in the system
- Follow company guidelines and compliance procedures
Eligibility Criteria :
- Basic English communication required
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and customer handling skills
Working Hours : As per company shift requirements 10-7 pm
