- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain car detailing packages, perks, and promotional offers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and service appointments.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding service scheduling.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collect customer feedback after service completion.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of telecalling experience. :
- Experience in automobile sales or automotive service sales is mandatory. :
- Prior experience in car detailing, car care, vehicle accessories, automobile showroom sales,
or service advisory will be preferred.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and conversion goals.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages.
Required Skills :
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong convincing and sales closing abilities.
- Customer relationship management.
- Lead generation and follow-up management.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Ability to work under target-based environments.
Qualification
- Plus Two / Any Degree.
- Additional certifications in sales or customer service will be an advantage.
