Job Summary : We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as QSR Team Members . As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customer Service :

- Provide a friendly, helpful, and prompt service to customers.

- Greet customers, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a skilled and efficient manner.

- Food Preparation and Quality Control :

- Prepare food items in accordance with company standards and recipes.

- Ensure that all food is fresh, cooked to the appropriate standards, and served at the correct temperature.

- Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and storage.

- Cleaning and Organization :

- Keep the dining area, kitchen, and restroom areas clean and organized at all times.

- Perform routine cleaning duties, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and maintaining equipment.

- Cash Handling and Register :

- Operate the cash register and handle cash and payments accurately.

- Process customer transactions efficiently and follow company policies regarding cash management and refunds.

- Teamwork and Communication :

- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth service during peak times.





- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management to ensure efficient service.

- Stocking and Inventory :

- Assist in stocking supplies and ingredients as needed.

- Report any inventory shortages or discrepancies to management.

- Adherence to Health and Safety Standards :

- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all company and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements :

- Education : High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

- Experience : Previous experience in a QSR is mandatory. similar fast-paced food environment is a plus.

- Skills :

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register.

- Team player with a positive attitude.

- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company procedures.

- Personal Qualities :

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

- Friendly, approachable, and professional.

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service.

- Freshers can apply.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous experience in a food service or retail workplace.
- Food handling or safety certification (depending on location and local laws).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
