Responsibilities :
- Make outgoing calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products or services
- Contact existing customers to inform them about new products or promotions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services
- Keep accurate records of all sales and customer interactions
- Meet daily and weekly call quotas
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends
