Roles and Responsibilities:

- Contacting customers for overdue payments and resolving any outstanding issues
- Negotiating payment plans with customers to ensure debts are settled in a timely manner
- Monitoring and updating customer accounts with payment statuses and notes
- Working closely with the finance team to track and reconcile payments




- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries related to payments
- Documenting all communication and actions taken in relation to collections
- Meeting monthly targets for collections and reducing outstanding debts
- Collaborating with team members to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency
