Job Summary : Oversees the dining area, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth floor operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise floor staff and ensure service efficiency.
- Coordinate table assignments and monitor seating arrangements.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant.
- Train and mentor junior staff.
- Solid customer service and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
