To manage the daily operations of a high-volume Yewale Amruttulya outlet, ensuring every customer receives fast, hygienic service and a perfect cup of their beverage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Service & Speed :_ Greet customers warmly and serve orders within a minute (the "Yewale Standard").
- Hygiene & Cleaning :_ Maintain a spotless counter and seating area at all times. Follow strict personal grooming and hand-sanitization rules.
- Energetic & Quick :_ Ability to stay calm and efficient during heavy morning/evening rushes.
- Communication :_ Polite and clear speaking skills in Hindi/Marathi.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
