- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and providing information about products or services
- Assist customers in finding the right product for their needs and offering recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed effectively
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling when possible
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
