- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product guidance on tiles, sanitary ware, and related products
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and persuasion
- Maintain showroom presentation and product display standards
- Coordinate with backend team for billing, stock availability, and dispatch
- Follow up with leads and potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and contractors
Requirements :
- Prior experience in showroom sales (tiles/building materials preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Presentable personality and customer-handling ability
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

- Experience in tile, sanitary, or building material industry
- Good negotiation skills
