Job Summary

We are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of a private villa or luxury residential property . The role involves daily cleaning, organizing living spaces, handling laundry, and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cleaning & Maintenance

- Perform daily cleaning of bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor spaces .
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces.
- Ensure all areas of the villa are clean, tidy, and well-maintained .

- Room & Facility Upkeep

- Change bed linens, towels, and other household items regularly.
- Replenish toiletries, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
- Arrange furniture and décor to maintain a neat appearance.

- Laundry & Linen Management

- Wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes and household linens.
- Properly store linens, towels, and clothing items.
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas.

- Kitchen & Dining Assistance

- Clean kitchen surfaces, utensils, and appliances.
- Assist in maintaining hygiene in dining areas before and after meals.





- Guest Service

- Prepare guest rooms before arrival.
- Provide courteous service and assist guests with basic requests when required.

- Inventory & Supplies

- Monitor cleaning supplies and household items.
- Inform management or supervisors when supplies need replenishment.

Required Qualifications

- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in villas, luxury homes, or hotels .

Required Skills :

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and hygiene standards .
- Ability to handle laundry and housekeeping equipment .
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Positive communication and polite behavior.
