Job Summary : Zoi Hospitals is hiring a Tele Sales Executive to promote hospital services, manage patient calls, and convert inquiries into appointments, ensuring excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients regarding hospital services and health packages
- Convert inquiries into appointments and follow-ups
- Address patient queries and provide accurate information about services
- Maintain patient data and call records
Requirements :
- Any graduate
- Fluent in 3 languages (English + Hindi + Telugu)
- Experience in telesales or customer service is preferred
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge
Shift Details :
- Rotational shifts
- 1 week night shift per month (mandatory) : Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
