- Handle international customer queries via voice calls
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards
- Meet performance and productivity targets
- For blended role: Handle both voice and non-voice interactions

Eligibility Criteria :

- Graduate or Undergraduate

- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Experience (mandatory) :





- Strong communication skills in English

- Comfortable working in US rotational shifts

- Shift: US Rotational Shift
- Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Location: Hinjewadi, Pune
