Flaviant Network Pvt Ltd is hiring for a Customer support/ student support executive

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and aspirants.

Provide accurate information about courses, batches, and admission procedures.

Handle inbound calls, address queries, and guide students through the enrollment process.

Maintain call records, follow up with leads, and update databases regularly.

Coordinate with the academic and counseling teams to ensure smooth communication.

Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements : Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).

Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service preferred.

Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,982.39 - ₹35,312.42 per month
