Job Summary : Responsible for supervising gaming operations, ensuring fair play, customer satisfaction, and smooth day-to-day gaming activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise gaming floor and staff operations
- Ensure compliance with gaming rules and regulations
- Assist players and handle customer queries
- Monitor games for fair play and safety
- Maintain records, reports, and shift logs
Skills Required :
- Strong supervision and people-handling skills
- Customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and integrity
- Basic computer and reporting skills
Qualification :
- Any graduate preferred
- Experience in gaming, casino, or entertainment industry is an advantage
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
