We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecalling Executive ( Strictly NO TARGET ) to join our Domestic Hotel & Tour Package division. The role involves handling inbound calls, assisting customers with hotel and tour package inquiries, providing information, generating bookings, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements :
- Minimum qualification: 10;
- Prior experience in telecalling / customer service in the travel or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages (if applicable).
- Basic knowledge of domestic tourist destinations and hotel categories.
- Ability to convince and build rapport with customers.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹16,000.26 per month
