Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning

- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and display standards
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and replenishment
- Ensure safety, security, and proper handling of jewellery/accessories
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Handle walk-in customers and convert inquiries into sales
- Manage high-value transactions and upselling
- Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
- Assign duties and monitor team performance
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Ensure excellent customer service and personalized shopping experience
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and POS operations




- Ensure accurate invoicing and daily cash reconciliation
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and MIS reports
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and marketing teams
- 4+ years of retail/store management experience (jewellery or accessories preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,788.41 per month
