Job Summary : The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth store operations across Gold, Silver, or Diamond categories. The role requires solid product knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience while contributing to sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain product knowledge of Gold, Silver, and Diamond jewellery.
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
- Handle billing, inventory support, and store display.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual merchandising of the store.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth daily operations.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in jewellery sales (Gold / Silver / Diamond.)
- Good knowledge of jewellery products and trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Languages required: Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Customer-oriented with a presentable personality.
Preferred Skills :
- Sales-driven attitude.
- Basic understanding of inventory handling.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
