- Customer Service and Communication skills are essential for fostering relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify prospects and drive sales growth.
- Knowledge of Channel Sales to manage sales through distribution networks effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to meet sales targets consistently.
- Prior experience in the commercial vehicle industry or a sales-related role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
