Educational Background :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferably Industrial Safety / Fire Safety / Mechanical / Electrical) / Bachelor’s degree in Science
- NEBOSH IGC Mandatory
- Diploma in Industrial Safety / Fire Safety (preferred)
Key Skills & Competencies :
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Should have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet project deadlines
- Should have knowledge of NBC 2016, IS Codes, other regulatory codes & standards
- Should have basic experience in conducting EHS audits
- Should be willing to travel across the states as per client requirements
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with PMO for audit planning & execution process as per schedule
- Responsible for client audit execution as per schedule
- Diligently prepare audit reports as per set standards & timely submission of reports to QA team
- Responsible for timely submission of expense statements along with supporting invoices to PMO as per TAT
Key Result Areas (KRA)’s :
- To help Project Management Office to execute the planned audits as per schedule
- To prepare Audit Report based on evidences captured in the site
- To submit the audit reports as per PMO & QA team requirements
- Address queries raised by QA team on Audit Reports
- Ensure timely completion of the assigned audits
- Deliver high-quality, compliant audit reports
- Submit audit reports to PMO team as per agreed TAT
- Submit expense statements along with supporting invoices to PMO as per agreed TAT
