Key Responsibilities :
- Manage reservation processes to ensure an efficient and smooth guest booking experience.
- Maintain accuracy across OTA, B2B, and direct booking platforms.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to optimize occupancy.
- Handle guest queries, amendments, and cancellations with professionalism.
- Support continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
