As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the collection process for our clients. You will be tasked with contacting individuals who have outstanding debts and working with them to arrange payment plans in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities :
- Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements with debtors
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up with debtors as needed
- Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions with debtors
- Provide regular reports on collection activities to management
- Stay up to date on industry regulations and best practices for debt collection
Valuable to have:
- Previous experience in debt collection or customer service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in debt collection
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
