Job Summary

As part of our team expansion, we are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Client Engagement Executive to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Communication & Engagement_
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential and existing clients
- Introduce and explain the company’s travel, visa, and study abroad services to prospective customers




- Conduct client feedback and follow-up calls to maintain service quality and customer relationships
- Address client enquiries and guide them to the appropriate department when required
- Lead Management & Sales Support_
- Perform cold calling and follow-up calls to generate and nurture new leads
- Follow up on enquiries received through website, WhatsApp, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
- Support the team in achieving enquiry handling and lead conversion targets

Skills & Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in phone communication and client interaction
- Ability to explain services clearly and professionally
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in tele sales, telemarketing, client engagement, or customer support will be an advantage
- Familiarity with the travel, visa, or study abroad industry is a plus
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply
