Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
- Achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales team to address customer queries and improve outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,



or related field (B.Com preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
