Job description: Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with potential and interested leads :

- Explain stock market services, trading plans, and SIP products :

- Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets :

- Handle customer queries related to investment services

- Maintain daily follow-ups and strong client relationships :

- Update CRM with call details, lead status, and conversions

- Share daily/weekly performance reports

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of telesales experience (financial services preferred)

- Basic understanding of stock market, SIP, and trading concepts :

- Strong sales and closing skills :

- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
