Job Summary: Kapil Power & Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our growing team in the residential solar segment. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers by effectively communicating the benefits of solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided data
- Generate and qualify leads for residential solar panel installations
- Explain products and services clearly to customers
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Strong sales and target-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Ability to generate leads and handle customer interactions
- Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools is an added advantage
Eligibility:
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales is preferred but not mandatory
Languages Known:
- English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu
