Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to US-based clients to promote and sell technical support services Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant solutions Handle inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally Maintain high call volume and achieve sales targets Build and maintain robust customer relationships Update CRM records and daily reports regularly Work calmly under pressure and deliver consistent performance Required Skills & Competencies Excellent spoken English with clear communication Ability to understand US accent (preferred) Patience and active listening skills Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions Confidence in handling international calls Target-driven approach with result-oriented mindset Good knowledge of computer operations and CRM usage
