Job Summary
We are seeking a confident and target-driven International Voice Process with excellent English communication skills. The role focuses on engaging with overseas clients, generating leads, and supporting global business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to international clients for lead generation and qualification
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries professionally
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to drive business opportunities
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales/purchase) to fulfill client requirements
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills :
- Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral/global accent
- Experience handling international clients (UAE, Vietnam, Australia preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Willingness to work flexible or night shifts (if required)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
Eligibility Criteria
- 1-2 years of experience in international voice process / BPO / telecalling
- Prior experience with overseas clients is an advantage
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Strong verbal communication with confidence and clarity
