Dee Pet Services is a growing pet care service provider offering grooming, boarding, training, vet assistance, and other pet-related services. We aim to deliver reliable and compassionate care for pets while providing a smooth customer experience for pet owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about Dee Pet Services.
- Handle inbound inquiries from pet owners regarding services such as grooming, boarding, training, and vet visits.
- Explain service packages, pricing, and appointment availability.
- Schedule bookings and follow up with customers.
- Maintain customer records and update call logs in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and social media.
Required Skills :
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (additional languages are a plus).
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Friendly attitude and patience with customers.
- Interest in pets or pet services is a plus.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred .
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
Pay: ₹8,221.88 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
