Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Source business from Affordable Home Finance segment directly and through channel partners
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure sourced files meet company policy and compliance guidelines
- Resolve customer concerns and deliver quality service experience
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and customer onboarding




- Support business growth and achieve assigned sales targets

Eligibility Criteria :

- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 1-3 years of experience preferred in Affordable Home Finance / Housing Finance
- Valuable understanding of market and customer acquisition
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Field sales experience preferred

Compensation :

- Competitive CTC as per market standards
- Grade: Executive / Senior Executive
- Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Experience :

- Home Loan: 1 year (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
