We are looking for an enthusiastic and target‑driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell financial products to prospective and existing clients over the phone. The role involves lead conversion, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote financial products and services
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
- Generate and convert leads into successful sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems
- Follow up with interested clients and ensure closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce,
Business, or Finance preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- Ability to work in a target‑oriented workplace
- Good listening skills and customer‑focused approach
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Added Advantage
- NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification will be an added advantage :
- Prior experience in tele sales, inside sales, or financial services
- Familiarity with CRM tools and tele‑calling software
