Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and promote our services across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business accounts.
- Create and publish social media posts, reels, and promotional content.
- Design posters, banners, and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Respond to customer messages and comments professionally.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns.
- Increase brand awareness, followers, and customer engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Coordinate with the team to promote recent services and offers.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure regular posting.





Required Skills :

- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva preferred).
- Basic video editing skills for reels and short videos.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Creativity and willingness to learn new digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

- 12th,Any Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management is an added advantage.

Salary

- Based on skills and experience.
