E-commerce Executive

- In Office Work Days : Monday to Saturday Working Hrs : 10 AM to 7 PM (including 1 hr lunch)

About Us

Dhwani Astro LLP is a fast-growing astrology-based e-commerce brand offering energized spiritual products such as bracelets, yantras, kavach, pendants, vastu products, and online E-Puja services . As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Executive to manage and scale our online sales channels efficiently.

Responsibilities : Marketplace Management

- Manage product listings, pricing, offers, and promotions on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy , and other platforms
- Ensure accurate product information, images, variants, and inventory across all channels

Order Processing & Inventory

- Handle daily order processing and fulfillment
- Update inventory regularly and minimize order cancellations and RTOs
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for smooth dispatch

Performance Optimization

- Track sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback
- Identify improvement areas to increase sales and reduce issues





Compliance & Account Health

- Ensure listings comply with marketplace policies and guidelines
- Monitor account health and resolve platform-related issues

Customer Coordination

- Coordinate with customer support teams for order queries, returns, replacements, and negative feedback

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of experience handling e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho , etc.

- Good understanding of product listing optimization, SEO basics, and e-commerce analytics :

- Knowledge of order processing, inventory management, and return handling

- Ability to coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
