Experience of operating within a SAP service delivery role, providing administrative and customer facing support across a number of delivery processes

- Deep understanding of ITIL based Service Delivery Processes and Framework
- Must have 10 plus years of experience demonstrating leadership and management experience in SAP technology project delivery capacity
- Significant experience of Service Management, Change and Release Management and Quality Management techniques gained through IT program / project delivery and in an IT support setting.
- SAP Application Management Support (AMS) Account Lead will assist in various SAP S/4 HANA and/or ECC programs/projects related to Application Development Management (ADM), technology and service transitions. Manage reporting and ticket resolution of issues, risks,



and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues.
- Creating and negotiating statements of work, account planning and milestone creation, financial reporting. Trained in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
