- Handle client inquiries and understand travel requirements (budget, dates, preferences)
- Design customized domestic and international tour packages
- Prepare detailed itineraries and accurate costings
- Provide expert guidance on destinations, sightseeing, seasons, and travel tips
- Coordinate hotel bookings, transport, sightseeing, and other travel services
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets
- Assist and guide junior travel consultants when required
- Ensure smooth execution of trips and handle client issues professionally
- Maintain proper documentation, vouchers, and booking records
- Collect client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations and tour planning
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings
- Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of experience in the travel & tourism industry
- Experience in destination management or tour operations
- Knowledge of customized tour packages and group travel
