About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in generating and qualifying leads.
- Understand client requirements and share them with the sales team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare basic service information for client discussions.
- Maintain lead data, follow-up status, and client details in the database.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and client queries.
- Support the team in preparing presentations, sales documents, and reports.
- Research potential clients, industries, and market opportunities.
- Ensure timely updates and reporting to the reporting manager.

Required Skills :

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Confidence in calling and speaking with clients.




- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Graduate / pursuing graduation in marketing, business administration, commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior internship or sales experience will be an added advantage.
