Job Title: Female Sales Representative

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Visit prospective clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and property owners
- Promote Swiz Elevator products and services in the assigned area
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable lift solutions
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for proposals
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Keep records of client interactions, site visits, and sales progress
- Coordinate with installation and service teams after sales closure

- Fixed Monthly Salary :

- Attractive Per-Lift Sale Incentive (paid on every confirmed lift sale)





- Additional performance-based bonuses (as applicable)

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales (elevator, real estate, construction, or related industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
