- Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided data
- Explain company services clearly and professionally
- Handle customer queries and follow up on leads
- Maintain accurate call records and reports
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team

Requirements :

- Fresher to 3 years of experience in telecalling or customer support
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is an added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
