Supervise and coordinate activities of waiters and service staff
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service
- Welcome and greet guests, assist with seating when required
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly
- Train and mentor current staff members
- Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and ambiance
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order flow
- Check food quality and presentation before serving
- Manage reservations and table allocation
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Assist in billing and payment processes when needed
Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
Experience :
- Restaurant management: 2 years (preferred)
