Responsibilities :
- Manage customer communication and handle inquiries professionally
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with sales and production teams for smooth operations
- Follow up with clients for orders, feedback, and service support
- Prepare basic reports and maintain documentation
Eligibility Criteria :
- Graduation preferred
- Good communication and computer skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
