Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure catalyst research and analytical activities are carried out in the lab with highest levels of safety and quality practices.
- Work with key raw material suppliers to develop materials that can be used in cost-effective next generation exhaust gas aftertreatment technologies for the Indian market.
- Contribute to development of creative, cost-effective catalyst solutions for exhaust gas aftertreatment.




- Submission of invention records based on new experimental findings.

Job requirements

Required:

- PhD degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
- Working experience in heterogenous catalysis required.
- Understanding of basic characterisation tools (BET, TPR/TPD, chemisorption, SEM, XRD, etc.) used in catalyst research and development.
- Well-developed oral and written English communication skills.
- Works well independently and in a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of and focus on safety in the laboratory.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced technical environment

Preferred:

- Exposure to automotive catalyst research and development is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with characterisation tools (BET, TPR/TPD, chemisorption, SEM, XRD, etc.)
