- Execute field marketing activities and promotional campaigns
- Approach and engage potential customers in assigned locations
- Clearly explain company services and offerings
- Generate leads and support conversions
- Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and promotional materials
- Conduct surveys and collect customer feedback
- Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation
- Maintain records of field activities and submit reports
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, sales, or promotions
- Experience in events, promotions, or direct marketing is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, energetic, and presentable personality
- Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork
- Target-driven and self-motivated
