Sales & Marketing Executive (On-Field) Location : Ashram Road Industry : Steel Trading / Building Materials Self Vehicle required
Sales & Business Development :
- Identify and target potential customers in the construction, infrastructure, and fabrication industries.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through regular field visits.
Marketing :
- Promote steel products (TMT bars, structural steel, coils, sheets, etc.) to end users, contractors, fabricators, and builders.
- Conduct product presentations and share marketing materials to enhance brand visibility.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as needed.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve any client issues or complaints promptly.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.
Payment Collection :
- Ensure timely follow-up for payment collections from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to resolve discrepancies or delays in payments.
