- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
- Explain Aramex logistics / courier services
- Convert qualified leads into potential business opportunities
- Maintain call records and update lead status in CRM
- Follow up with interested prospects
Required Skills :
- Valuable English & Hindi communication
- Experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales
- Basic knowledge of lead generation or lead qualification
- Comfortable with daily calling targets
