Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and leads
- Explain company services such as advertisements, film projects, casting, events, and shoots
- Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries professionally
- Generate and qualify leads for meetings and conversions
- Follow up with interested clients to close deals or confirm visits
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client responses in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with CRM, sales, and production teams for smooth operations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel is a plus
