One.9 Design Studio is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Client Relationship Executive to manage client communication and handle incoming leads and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle incoming leads from the website and other platforms
- Understand client requirements and share relevant information about services
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential clients
- Maintain records of leads, conversations, and client data
- Support in converting inquiries into confirmed projects
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients

Eligibility Criteria :

- Any graduate or diploma holder
- Background in sales, communication, or customer handling is a plus

Required Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional speaking ability
- Good follow-up and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
- Organized, proactive, and responsible attitude
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and leads

We are looking for someone who is friendly, presentable, and passionate about working with clients while contributing to the growth of a creative design studio.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
