Responsibilities :

- Experienced in story writing in ServiceNow, JIRA, SDLC Agile module, Visio and defining expected outcomes based on customer communi
- Excellent documentation and communication skills with robust attention to detail
- Must have knowledge of modules - Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response & Threat Intelligence
- Good to have knowledge - GRC & Security Operations Center
- Understanding of basics of REST and ServiceNow integration
- Good to have knowledge of Service Portal & Workspaces
- Ability to recognize potential and actual issues, needs, and opportunities for improvement in implementation
- Close collaboration with developers, solution architects, and other team members for requirements and associated functionality
- Demonstrate strong ability to evaluate constraints, risks, and dependencies
