IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.

Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and quality assurance processes.

Manage client communications, status reporting, and stakeholder expectations.

Facilitate UAT, production releases, and post-deployment support.

Track project KPIs and continuously improve delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.

Experience managing PHP Laravel Full Stack development projects.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience working with distributed development teams.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
