- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
- Maintain minimum 3 hours of talk time daily .
- Convert leads into sales through solid convincing and negotiation skills .
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records of all customer interactions.
- Ensure proper lead follow-up and customer relationship management.
- Work with dialer systems for outbound calling.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements :
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2C Sales .
- Strong communication and convincing skills .
- Experience working with CRM and dialer systems .
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment .
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools .
- Laptop and stable internet connection required (if applicable).
