Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networking
- Promote and sell solar solutions (residential, commercial, and industrial)
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for proposals
- Prepare and present quotations to clients
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Update sales reports and maintain CRM data

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)




- 2-5 years of experience in sales (Solar, Electrical, Construction, or related field preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in field environments
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Solar EPC or renewable energy sales
- Familiarity with local market in Kannur and Kasaragod
- Multilingual ability (Malayalam, English, Hindi, Tamil preferred)
